Jaime Oliver’s philosophy on food
This past month renowed Essex-born chef and nutrition activist, Jaime Oliver, presented a prize-winning lecture at TED talks addressing the way we eat in the developed world and how it’s causing needless death - and shortening the lives of the next generation of kids. It is one of the most honest and convincing presentations on health I’ve seen to date. Link to the video here.
